It's pretty sensational, yes. The rocks and moose are two separate sensations. The rocks, if you don't break them up too small, go down only so far down my urethra, maybe halfway and they sting. They stay there until they're either melted enough to move farther, massaged down deeper, stuffed by physical means, pressurized by foaming moose in this example. Some of the liquid will slip between the rocks and urethral walls eventually reaching the sphincters where it stings once again then the bladder which you can feel filling along with the piss (you automatically generate every 6-10 seconds a few more drops). But most will get behind it and shove it deeper and deeper. Of course your entire system is bloated from the start which gives an amazing feeling, and increases the stinging by stretching the lining.
