Two applicants for one job! Since she joined your department a year ago, you and your counterpart have been at odds, and it appears that they brought her on board to provide you with competition for the position of a lifetime. When they said they would be hiring someone inside for the role, things really became serious a month ago, or so you thought. Since then, everything has been chaotic as you each do your hardest to put the other person at a disadvantage.
