I have not had to worry about incontinence or most anal hygiene issues as I spend a lot of time preparing for these events. Diet, lots of fiber and water, avoiding dairy and red meat, knowing the timing of your own digestive system. For these Events, I limit my food intakes considerably for 24hrs.
